Returns
Here you can see how complaints, the right of withdrawal and transport damage are handled, and how to contact us with any questions.
Complaints
You can complain about a fault under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) within three years, but do so as soon as the fault is discovered. It does not cover faults caused by incorrect care or normal wear. Email documentation and photos to support@pinshirt.me and we will help you. Approved complaints have their return postage paid by us.
Right of withdrawal (distance selling)
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) you have, as a consumer, 14 days to withdraw from the purchase from the day you received the item. For stocked items we offer an extended withdrawal period of 30 days, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If you withdraw, you download and print a return slip, and the return postage costs SEK 49. We charge no restocking or handling fee. Exchanges are not offered – withdraw from the purchase and place a new order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@pinshirt.me before you send the item back. A refund is made within 14 days of us receiving the return, to the same payment method you used.
Custom orders
Garments with custom designs made specifically for you are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This exception follows from Chapter 2, Section 11 of the same Act (distansavtalslagen), which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Transport damage
Check the item on delivery. Note any damage or missing articles on the waybill or hand scanner and have both the driver and the recipient sign. If you discover damage later, tell us within 4 days and attach photos of the packaging and the item to support@pinshirt.me. Keep the packaging and do not use the item until the case has been handled.
Dispute resolution
If we cannot reach agreement you have the right to take the matter to ARN, the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. We follow the recommendations of ARN, the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
