Payment and delivery

Here you will find how payment through Swish works, what to expect of delivery times and which shipping methods we use.

Payment

Swish

Payment is made through Swish using the phone number you give. When the app opens you see the amount and the recipient; approve and sign with BankID. The amount is charged immediately and the order cannot be changed once payment is complete.

Delivery

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days and delivered within Sweden by PostNord. Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in Sweden. For deliveries to other countries, contact us at support@pinshirt.me.

Letterbox delivery

Smaller parcels that fit in the letterbox are delivered directly by PostNord with no collection notice.

Possible delays

If anything differs we will let you know by email or phone. We do not compensate for delivery delays.
