At Josefinelust and on the slopes towards Barakullen you soon sense what makes Mölle special. Here, where Kullaberg rises above the northern mouth of the Öresund, it all began as a small fishing village before the town became one of Sweden's early tourist gems. Bathers were already streaming here around the turn of the last century, and at Ransvik they are said to have dared to bathe together, men and women alike.

That atmosphere lives on today. The village breathes holiday every summer, when the crowds multiply while the walks up towards Kullamannens grav offer both history and sea breeze. It is a place people gladly return to.
