Every design for Lindesberg

Do you recognise the road along the shore of Lindessjön, with Kyrkberget rising above the rooftops? Lindesberg grew up in the middle of Bergslagen, where ironworking long marked work and life. Today the town is the main town of its municipality, with the hospital and Meritor among the largest workplaces – but it is the setting that stays in the memory.

The town lies on the northern shore of Lindessjön, wedged between the Bottenån and Lilla Lindesjön, some way north of Örebro. Here you find places that recur in daily life: the sculpture Leda och svanen, the walk out towards Näset, Tempelbacken and the leafy Flugparken.
