Every design for Knivsta

Between Stockholm and Uppsala, along the East Coast Line and a stone's throw from the E4, lies Knivsta on the shore of lake Valloxen. The town is the main town of its municipality and has long counted among the safest areas in the country – a calm position in Uppland with a fast connection both ways on the railway.

Around the town spreads a landscape easy to recognise on the map. Here are Noors Slott and mirrors of water such as Säbysjön and Brantshammarssjön, and the protected ground of the Gredelby hagar and Trunsta träsk nature reserve. The old Ängby stone is a reminder that the district has deep roots.
