Every design for Kisa

Where the Kisaån meets the Lillån and makes its way out into Kisasjön lies Kisa, the main town of Kinda municipality in the middle of the Östergötland lake country. Water is never far away here, and the town grew up exactly where the rivers and lakes meet.

Many carry with them the picture of calm summer evenings by the water, a walk up towards Borgarberget or a stop at the Kisa heritage farm where the old district's history lives on. All around, Stora Björknässjön and Hargsjön spread out, and it is that nearness to forest and lake that stays with anyone who grew up here. The landscape shifts with the seasons but keeps its stillness.

Seeing Kisasjön and the surrounding waters drawn in lines quickly stirs the feeling of belonging somewhere. The map t-shirt of Kisa becomes a small piece of Kinda to carry with you, wherever you go, a reminder of the place where the rivers run together.
