Every design for Handen

South of Stockholm, in the heart of Haninge municipality, lies Handen. The municipal administration has its seat here and everyday life has its natural centre - a main town where commuter trains, offices and residential blocks mix with the greenery all around.

It is a place with layers of history underfoot. At the Söderby burial ground and the old rune stone you sense the traces of those who lived here long before suburban life took shape. A stone's throw away, the Handen museum and forge tells of craft and times past, while names such as Runmarsvreten and Filosofen give the town its own character.
