Swish

Payments are processed using Swish and provided phone number. When the Swish app opens, it will display the payment details including the amount and recipient. Approve and sign with Mobile BankID as usual. Confirmation will be shown in both the Swish app and our platform. Note that Swish payments are deducted immediately upon purchase and no adjustments can be made to the order after completed payment.

Delivery

In-stock t-shirts typically ship within 3-5 days. If an item is out of stock, delivery times may be extended. Each t-shirt is printed on demand, so delivery times can vary from 3-10 days depending on the design. Estimated delivery times are provided for each product. Our t-shirts are crafted with high-quality materials, and production process includes manual steps, requiring precision and time. This may occasionally cause short-notice delays.

Letter Delivery

Smaller orders that fit in the mailbox will be delivered directly to your address via PostNord without prior notification.

Delivery Delays

If there are any delays or deviations in delivery time, we will notify you via email or phone. We do not compensate for delivery delays.

Returns

Complaints

For transportation damages, refer to the "Transportation Damages" section. Under the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right to complain about product defects, provided the complaint is made as soon as the fault is detected. This does not cover faults due to improper care, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear. We strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If you find a fault, notify us immediately at support@pinshirt.me with documentation and pictures of the damage. A receipt is required for complaints. Upon receiving the complaint, we will address the issue and exchange the item if a fault is confirmed. PinShirt covers return shipping for approved complaints and will provide return codes/shipping labels. If the complaint is not approved, shipping costs will be invoiced to you.

Right of withdrawal - distance Selling

For app purchases, the Distance selling act applies. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of stock items within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unassembled, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Custom Order Items - No Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made t-shirts designed specifically for you are not eligible for withdrawal.

Transportationd damages

Upon delivery, inspect the goods. Any deviations (damage to goods, packaging, or missing items) must be noted on the freight document/hand scanner and signed by both the driver and recipient. The same applies when collecting packages from parcel agents or terminals. Report any issues immediately to our complaints department at support@pinshirt.me. If damage is discovered during unpacking, report it within 4 days of receipt. For efficient handling, include digital images of the packaging and damaged item in your email to support@pinshirt.me. Do not move or use the items before the complaint procedure is completed and retain the packaging for inspection.
