Every design for Teigebyen

Teigebyen is best known as the place Nannestad is run from: the town hall, Nannestad Church and the municipality's schools all stand here, a short way north-west of Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, and south-west of Råholt.

For anyone who grew up here, the place is a string of school years walked within a few streets: Preståsen skole first, then Nannestad ungdomsskole, then the upper secondary school, all without ever leaving the village. It is a small, practical place, and that is a big part of its charm.

Nannestad bygdemuseum keeps the older story of the parish, and close by lies Kringler naturreservat, a protected stretch of nature. Coming home to Teigebyen means the church, the town hall and the school road you could walk with your eyes closed.
